Full trash removal service is provided, and you arrive to your home professionally cleaned, toiletries provided and beds fully made. Our welcome book will provide with all the home and area details, along with complimentary Madison Beach passes to fully access the beaches and boat ramps.

From this convenient location, you’ll be only 10 minutes away from Conway, 15 minutes to Settlers Green Outlets, 20 minutes to North Conway Village featuring shops like Zebs General Store, 20 minutes to King Pine Mountain & Resort, 30 minutes from Attitash, and 50 minutes to Wildcat and Loon.

All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement with Red Maple Retreats upon booking and prior to arrival.

Fire pit may be used with permit only. Contact us to get a permit. Being granted a fire permit from the town of Madison is not guaranteed.

No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.

Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.

If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.

Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way 🙂

No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.

No fireworks

Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10pm-8am

Additional house rules for operating home-specific amenities will be located on the premises

Return all keys- there is a $15 charge for lost or missing keys
