Welcome to your new favorite family vacation! Located on a private wooded lot in Eidelweiss Village, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath saltbox style home has everything you need to rest, relax, unwind and enjoy. Just a short drive to 5 different beach areas on Pea Porridge Pond, enjoy summer swimming, jumping off the dock, and kayaking.

Space

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make meals at home, and the large outdoor deck is quiet and peaceful with a propane grill available. Inside, there is a bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed and full bathroom. Upstairs you have two additional bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 sets of twin bunk beds (4 beds total) and another full bath. 

Close to all of Mount Washington Valley attractions, dining, shopping, hiking and more! 

Things to Know:

-Dogs are welcome, please let us know if you are bringing Fido! 

-Home sleeps 8 guests, with a max of 4 adults

-There is no air conditioning (the Water will keep you cool!)

-Fireplace is for duraflame logs only

-3 Smart Roku TV’s – login to your own apps to watch your favorite shows

-There are 5 beaches in Eidelweiss for swimming. The main beach has a dock for jumping off with one or two picnic tables

-5 Minutes to Kancamagus Highway (hiking, picnicking, swimming)

-12 Minutes to Saco River Tubing

-15 Minutes to Settlers Green and dining in Conway NH 

-20 Minutes to Diana’s Baths

-20 Minutes to Zebs Old Fashioned Store and downtown Conway NH 

-22 Minutes from Cranmore Ski Mountain and Adventure Park 

-29 Minutes to Storyland

House Rules

Guests must be 25 years of age and must show photo ID (drivers license)

All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement with Red Maple Retreats upon booking and prior to arrival.

Dog allowed – The breed and size of your dog are required. One dog is allowed during your stay, if more than one dog is to accompany you during your stay it must be preapproved and there may be an additional fee.

No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.

Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.

If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.

Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way 🙂

No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.

No fireworks

There is a 24 hour outdoor surveillance camera that points to the driveway only

Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10pm-8am

Additional house rules for operating home-specific amenities will be located on the premises

Return all keys- there is a $15 charge for lost or missing keys

Follow check out instructions for trash removal, where to leave keys, etc
