LIVING AREA

The living room is cozy and comfortable with plush seating, vaulted ceilings, natural light, and a wood burning stone fireplace. A large Smart TV ensures you can access your streaming accounts such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime. etc.  

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen offers plenty of space and basic tools & utensils to cook delicious meals at home. The dining area seats 6, and there is an additional 4 barstools at the kitchen counter. 

BED & BATH

This home sleeps ten guests between four bedrooms.

The primary bedroom is appointed with a king bed and a Smart TV.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a bunk bed, the third with a queen bed, and the fourth with two twin beds. 

The downstairs bathroom has a walk in shower, and the upstairs has a combination shower and tub.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The balcony area features a small table and chairs, grill with propane provided, and some additional seating. Additionally, there is a pool and tennis court available for your use!

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, family games, and a selection of books and nature guides. Hair dryers are provided in each of the bathrooms. Towels, sheets and basics are also provided.

Full trash removal service is provided, and you arrive to your home professionally cleaned, toiletries provided and beds fully made. Our welcome book will provide with all the home and area details you need to enjoy your stay.

HOUSE RULES
Guests must be 25 years of age and must show photo ID (drivers license)

All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement with Red Maple Retreats upon booking and prior to arrival.

No dogs allowed.

No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.

Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.

If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.

Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way 🙂

No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.

No fireworks

Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10pm-8am

Return all keys- there is a $15 charge for lost or missing keys

This condo is right across from Cranmore Mountain for year round fun! Ski local trails, hike right outside your back door, shop the outlets, dine locally, and access multiple ski mountains from 2 minutes to 30 minutes away.

Access

This home uses a self check-in system with an automatic lock.

House Rules

All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement with Red Maple Retreats upon booking and prior to arrival.

There is no more than 10 guests allowed, and the guest count in your booking must be correct. No outside visitors allowed.

There is no deck noise allowed after 10 PM. Quiet hours are every night, from 10 PM to 7 AM. All conversations should always be at reasonable levels, and excessive noise or profanity may result in a call to the police.

There is no smoking near the front entrances of the units. There should be no smoking materials left on the grounds. Smoking allowed on the decks November through March only.

No outside food storage.

There are no fireworks, open flames, or firepits allowed.

There is parking for only two cars near the unit. Overflow parking is available near the pool.

The speed limit is 15 MPH. No parking on the roadways and Fire Lanes must be kept open, and a 15-foot clearance around fire hydrants.
