If you are looking for the perfect place to make great family memories, look no further than our Madison Chalet! With a full suite of amenities inside and out, you are sure to find plenty to do (or not to do!) during your stay. The peaceful wooded lot surrounds you with sounds of nature, away from it all but close enough to get to everything! The large wrap around deck features a hot tub, outdoor seating and a propane fire pit to enjoy. On the lower level is an outdoor shower and two swings!

Space

You are walking distance from Boulder Beach and playground, as well as access to 4 other area beaches. Just minutes from the Kancamagus Highway, you can hike, swim, find waterfalls and take one of the prettiest scenic drives in NH. Oh, and you can bring Fido too! 

This chalet style home has entry through the lower level, and opens up to an open concept living and dining room with cathedral ceilings and large windows. The Smart TV in the living room allows you to watch movies on your favorite apps, or pop in a movie on the DVD player. There is a pellet stove to help keep you warm on cold nights. Also featuring a workstation and fast wi-fi, if you must work from home you are perfectly set up to do so. 

Cook your meals at home in the well appointed kitchen, or enjoy grilling season with the propane grill just a step outside. With 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, there is plenty of room to rest, unwind, and enjoy and you are minutes away from everything the White Mountains has to offer!

Home sleeps a maximum of 8 guests

A/C is available in the summer 

Dog friendly- maximum of two dogs, must be pre approved

Free 100mbps high-speed internet

Desks are located throughout the home to support remote work/learning for multiple people

There is parking for 3 vehicles

Please note that the driveway is very steep; four-wheel drive is highly recommended in winter

House Rules

Guests must be 25 years of age and must show photo ID (drivers license)

All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement with Red Maple Retreats upon booking and prior to arrival.

Dog allowed – The breed and size of your dog are required. One dog is allowed during your stay, if more than one dog is to accompany you during your stay it must be preapproved and there may be an additional fee.

No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.

Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.

If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.

Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way 🙂

No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.

No fireworks

There is a 24 hour outdoor surveillance camera that points to the driveway only

Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10pm-8am

Additional house rules for operating home-specific amenities will be located on the premises

Return all keys- there is a $15 charge for lost or missing keys
