There are two seating areas in the home, one with an electric fireplace that has views to the backyard. The large living room has a comfortable couch with chaise lounge and large smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make meals, including spices and a dishwasher!
The backyard is fully fenced in, with a gorgeous patio, grill and hot tub. Enjoy the firepit and making smore’s with your family. The home has plenty of board games for inside fun too!
Conveniently located minutes from route 16 in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. Restaurants and shops are close by, and White Lake is just around the corner. Enjoy plenty of summer activities such as hiking, biking, swimming, and boating. In the winter, snowmobile trails are close by as well as King Pine Ski Area with ice skating, snow shoeing and tubing. You will love the cozy amenities this home provides, inside and out!
House Rules
Guests must be 25 years of age and must show photo ID (drivers license). This does not include minor children traveling with their parent.guardian
All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement with Red Maple Retreats upon booking and prior to arrival.
No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.
Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.
Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way 🙂
No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.
No fireworks
There is a 24 hour outdoor surveillance camera that points to the driveway only
Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10pm-8am
