Things To Know: 

– This home sleeps 6  guests between the 2 bedrooms and the bunk house

-Bunkhouse has electricity and heat and is a perfect place to work remotely! (There is no a/c in bunkhouse)

-Bedroom 1 is on the main floor with a Queen Bed. 2 Queen beds are in the loft, 1 Queen bed in the bunkhouse. 

-1 Full bathroom with endless hot water

-There are TV’s located in the living room, bedroom, and bunkhouse. All are Smart TV’s with Cable, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime

-Dogs are allowed- please contact the host for approval of your pet!

-There are 4 parking spaces available 

– There is a gas fireplace in the living room

-All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement with Red Maple Retreats upon booking and prior to arrival.

Tucked away from it all, yet  conveniently located just minutes from Chocorua Lake, the Kancamagus Highway, and center of Conway with shopping, dining, hiking, swimming, winter sports etc. Dogs are welcome to come along too!

Access

Guests will access the cabin via an electronic lock with key code that will provided on the mornning of arrival

House Rules

Guests must be 25 years of age and must show photo ID (drivers license)

All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement with Red Maple Retreats upon booking and prior to arrival.

Dog allowed – The breed and size of your dog are required. One dog is allowed during your stay, if more than one dog is to accompany you during your stay it must be preapproved and there may be an additional fee.

No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.

Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.

If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.

Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way 🙂

No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.

No fireworks

There is a 24 hour outdoor surveillance camera that points to the driveway only

Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10pm-8am

Additional house rules for operating home-specific amenities will be located on the premises

Return all keys- there is a $15 charge for lost or missing keys
