The outdoor heated pool and hot tub are a welcome retreat after a long day of skiing, or the adventurous can purchase Cranmore adventure passes and enjoy rides and attractions like the mountain coaster, giant swing, scenic chairlift rides, summer tubing, bounce houses, zip-line, ropes course, bungee trampoline, knocker ball, climbing wall, and more!

Things to know:
– Enjoy a 1/2 mile loop hike around the summit which presents stunning views of the surrounding area.

– This condo is located on the 2nd floor with elevator and stair access, with a 1st-floor private guest locker perfect for ski items (or golf clubs)

-Bed linens, bath towels, and dish towels are included and ready for you.

Travel Insurance will be offered as a part of the booking process. We strongly urge guests to purchase this coverage to cover any concerns around COVID-19.

-10 Minutes to Settler’s Green outlet village

-20 Minutes to scenic Kancamangus Highway

House Rules

Guests must be 25 years of age and must show photo ID (drivers license)

All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement with Red Maple Retreats upon booking and prior to arrival.

No pets – sorry, Fido has to stay home.

No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.

Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.

If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.

Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way 🙂

No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.

No fireworks

Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10pm-8am

Additional house rules for operating home-specific amenities will be located on the premises

Return all keys- there is a $15 charge for lost or missing keys
