LIVING AREA

This breathtaking living area has a comfortable sofa and recliners, an entire wall of windows that spill natural light, and a wood burning fireplace for chilly nights. A large Smart TV ensures you can access your streaming accounts such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime. etc.  

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen offers plenty of space and basic tools & utensils to cook delicious meals at home. The dining area seats 6, and there are an additional 4 barstools at the kitchen counter. 

BED & BATH

This home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms.

The primary bedroom is appointed with a queen bed and a Smart TV.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and the third has 2 bunk beds (4 twin beds total).

Both bathrooms have a tub and shower. 

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The balcony area features a small table and chairs, grill with propane provided, and some additional seating.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, your own private sauna, a washer/dryer, family games, and a selection of books and nature guides. Hair dryers are provided in each of the bathrooms. Towels, sheets and basics are also provided.

Interaction with guests

This property is managed by Red Maple Retreats and we pledge to give you a top notch visit. Check in is easy with your host nearby to assist you in any way. Full trash removal service is provided, and you arrive to your home professionally cleaned, toiletries provided and beds fully made. Our welcome book will provide with all the home and area details you need to enjoy your stay.

All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement with Red Maple Retreats upon booking and prior to arrival.

There is no more than 8 guests allowed, and the guest count in your booking must be correct. No outside visitors allowed.

Skimobiles and off-road vehicles are not allowed in the development.

There is no deck noise allowed after 10 PM. Quiet hours are every night, from 10 PM to 8 AM. All conversations should always be at reasonable levels, and excessive noise or profanity may result in a call to the police.

No smoking.

No outside food storage.

There are no fireworks, open flames, or firepits allowed.

Guests must be 25 years of age and must show photo ID (drivers license)

No pets of any kind allowed.

No parties!

Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.

If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.

Return all keys- there is a $15 charge for lost or missing keys.
