When you walk into this clean cozy cabin you will automatically feel relaxed.

When you walk into the main level you will find a Mudroom, kitchen/dining area, living room has a sofa bed, wood stove and access to the deck. A Bedroom with Queen size bed, dresser and closet, a 2nd bedroom with a double bed, dresser and closet.

In the basement you have access to a Full Washer and Dryer.

There is a double loft area accessible by sturdy ladders in the kitchen: one with a twin, the other side with 2 twin beds.

The meticulous backyard hosts a large deck, outdoor fire pit and a lawn to play games on.

The mudroom entry is the perfect place to store your boots, skis, and coats.

Neighborhood

This home sits 7.8 miles from Conway village, creating an ideal setting for those who love the outdoors and beautiful scenery. Cranmore Mountain resort is 16 minutes away, King Pine is 12 minutes away. Beautiful Echo Lake is 17 minutes. Storyland is 25 minutes away. The famous Kancamagus Highway, where hiking and scenic drives are some of the best around, is 30 minutes away. Redstone Quarry, a popular mountain bike area is about 7 minutes away. Kahuna Laguna, an indoor water park, is 15 minutes away. Many restaurants throughout the area for breakfast, lunch, dinner, a brewery, and coffee shops can all be found along the way.

House Rules

Guests must be 25 years of age and must show photo ID (drivers license)

All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement with Red Maple Retreats upon booking and prior to arrival.

No Pets – Sorry, Fido has to stay home

No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.

Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.

If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.

Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way 🙂

No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.

No fireworks

Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10pm-8am

Additional house rules for operating home-specific amenities will be located on the premises

Return all keys- there is a $15 charge for lost or missing keys
