Enjoy being tucked away in the woods for quiet relaxation, yet being close to restaurants, shopping, and two beautiful lakes. Snowmobile right from your front door on the statewide trails in the winter, or enjoy swimming in White Lake, kayaking in Chocorua Lake (the most photographed lake in New England!). No matter what season you visit, there is plenty to enjoy from home and in the surrounding area! 

Things To Know: 

– This home sleeps a maximum of 8 guests

-All bedrooms are on the main floor, with 1 full bed in the loft area 

-1 Full bathroom on the main floor

-3 smart tvs- living room 42″, 40″ in the loft/game room and a 32 inch on the outside porch (seasonal) All are Smart TV’s with Cable, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime

-Small dogs allowed (2 maximum)

-There are 3 parking spaces available 

– There is a wood burning stove in the living room (Duraflame logs only, 1 is provided for your stay)

-All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement with Red Maple Retreats upon booking and prior to arrival.

House Rules

Guests must be 25 years of age and must show photo ID (drivers license). This does not include minor children traveling with their parent.guardian

All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement with Red Maple Retreats upon booking and prior to arrival.

No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.

Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.

Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way 🙂

No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.

No fireworks

There is a 24 hour outdoor surveillance camera that points to the driveway only

Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10pm-8am
