Interaction with guests
This property is managed by Red Maple Retreats and we pledge to give you a top notch visit. Check in is easy with your host nearby to assist you in any way. Full trash removal service is provided, and you arrive to your home professionally cleaned, toiletries provided and beds fully made. Our welcome book will provide with all the home and area details.
House Rules
Guests must be 25 years of age and must show photo ID (drivers license)
No pets allowed
Only 3 cars maximum allowed on premises
All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement with Red Maple Retreats upon booking and prior to arrival.
No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.
Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.
If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way 🙂
No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.
No fireworks
Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10pm-8am
Additional house rules for operating home-specific amenities will be located on the premises
Return all keys- there is a $15 charge for lost or missing keys
Follow check out instructions for trash removal, where to leave keys, etc
