This home features not one but THREE living areas with plush seating, natural light, and cozy touches. The downstairs living room has a large Smart TV ensures you can access your streaming accounts such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime. etc. plus a DVD player.

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen offers plenty of space and basic tools & utensils to cook delicious meals at home. The dining area seats 6.

BED & BATH

This home sleeps ten guests between three bedrooms.

There are 2 queen bedrooms, 1 bunk bedroom, and 2 pull out couches each with a queen bed (one upstairs, one downstairs).

Each of the 2 full bathrooms has a walk in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The lush outdoor area has a fenced in backyard (great for dogs!), and a deck area with seating and a grill.

Interaction with guests

This property is managed by Red Maple Retreats and we pledge to give you a top notch visit. Check in is easy with your host nearby to assist you in any way. Full trash removal service is provided, and you arrive to your home professionally cleaned, toiletries provided and beds fully made. Our welcome book will provide with all the home and area details you need to enjoy your stay.

HOUSE RULES

Guests must be 25 years of age and must show photo ID (drivers license)

All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement with Red Maple Retreats upon booking and prior to arrival.

No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.

Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.

If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.

Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests.

No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.

No fireworks

Do not use the woodstove in the living room.

Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10pm-8am

Additional house rules for operating home-specific amenities will be located on the premises

Return all keys- there is a $15 charge for lost or missing keys

Follow check out instructions for trash removal, where to leave keys, etc
