This family friendly home offers a newly updated interior with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an entertaining game room with pool table and two fun arcades for the kids to enjoy. Conveniently located minutes to Conway NH, fun for all four seasons is easy- from swimming in the summer, skiing in the winter, and shopping at the many local shops and outlets in nearby Conway NH.
Space
A fully stocked kitchen is available, but if you want to eat out there are plenty of nearby restaurants with enough variety for everyone! Warm up with the easy to use fireplace on colder days, and in the summer months enjoy the large deck, gas grill and serenity of the wooded lot
Things to know:
This is not a pet friendly home (owners are highly allergic)
There are three queen beds- one in each of the 3 bedrooms, and one queen sleeper sofa in the loft (total of 4 queen beds)

Bunk bed is a double and twin (TOP BUNK FOR CHILDREN ONLY)

Located on hilly/dirt roads- WILL NEED A VEHICLE THAT CAN NAVIGATE THESE ROADS IN THE WINTER, such as 4wd
All guests will need to sign our rental agreement upon booking
House Rules
Guests must be 25 years of age and must show photo ID (drivers license). This does not include minor children traveling with their parent.guardian
All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement with Red Maple Retreats upon booking and prior to arrival.
No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.
Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.
Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way 🙂
No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.
No fireworks
There is a 24 hour outdoor surveillance camera that points to the driveway only
Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10pm-8am
Additional house rules for operating home-specific amenities will be located on the premises
